Following the success of the Areacon, JCI Makati bagged 8 awards in the recently concluded JCIP National Convention held in Subic, Olongapo City last October 12-14, 2006. JCI Makati won the Best LOM President last year 2005 and again, for the 2006. The 14-man delegation took center stage not only for their dapper suits and trailblazing orange uniforms but moreso for the awards recognition received:
