Pocholo has become highly respected and recognized in his various endeavours. As the most recognized Filipino voice artist, he is primarily responsible for opening the doors of the voice acting industry as the Founder of the Philippine Center for Voice Acting, the first and only voice acting school in the country. Since 2005, it has produced more than 1,000 graduates, with hundreds of them now thriving in their career as dubbers, voiceover artists, hosts and even radio DJ’s. Pocholo also wrote the first voice acting book in the Philippines, “Gusto Kong Maging Voice Talent,” which is one of the finalists in the 2017 National Book Awards under the Professions Category.

JCI Makati is one of the chapters of JCI Philippines under the “Metro South” cluster. It was founded in March 1964 under the leadership of Marcos B. Aragon. JCI’s mission is to inspire young people to recognize their responsibility to create a better world and empower them to drive change.
